These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and live22 ("live22," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the live22 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and related features accessible at https://live22.win (the "Platform").

• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of live22 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

live22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by live22 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) live22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If live22 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings from bonus funds may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. live22 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). live22 is required to verify the identity of all players under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You agree to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification as requested. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your live22 login credentials. 4.1 Currency. All transactions on the live22 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). live22 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. live22 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. live22 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. live22 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. live22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. live22 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in investigations of suspected money laundering or fraud.

4.6 Withdrawal to Source. live22 applies a return-to-source policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method.

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible live22 players as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. live22 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus credits and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the specific promotion terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. live22 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, and colluding with other players to exploit promotions. live22 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. live22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of termination will be honored subject to their original terms.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the live22 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, live22 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. live22 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

6.3 Disconnection. live22 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side during gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the live22 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, live22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

live22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your live22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

live22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. live22 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your live22 account at any time by contacting live22 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by live22. live22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if live22 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, live22 reserves the right to void any pending bonus credits and withhold funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to live22 customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent court of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

live22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, live22 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the live22 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
